

Understanding RTT
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a therapeutic approach that combines aspects of hypnosis, coaching, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and psychotherapy. It was created by Marisa Peer, a well-known therapist, with the goal of helping clients achieve fast, lasting transformation in areas such as self-esteem, health, relationships, and business.
Key Components of RTT:
1. Hypnosis: RTT often uses hypnosis to help clients access the subconscious mind, where limiting beliefs, emotional blocks, and past traumas reside. This allows them to reprogram the mind more quickly and effectively than traditional methods.
2. Identifying Root Causes: The therapist helps the client uncover the "root causes" of their issues (such as self-doubt, fear of failure, or past traumas) by accessing memories, beliefs, or experiences stored in the subconscious.
