Who I am

“Change the way you look at things, the things you look at change”  - Wayne Dyer. This quote is a touchstone for me on a daily basis. It pulls me to share the techniques and thought process to help guide people to their unlimited potential. 

I have been a seeker and entrepreneur my whole life. From traveling the world photographing for the World Series of Poker, to being a James Beard nominee in photography, success in the commercial world was no stranger. I started to pivot my life when I decided to ask bigger questions to find true fulfillment. Thus my search led me to yoga and a different way to look at my body, mind, and spirit. Then came Marisa Peer and Rapid Transformational Therapy. This method spoke to my very core. Starting in the fall of 2023, and culminating in the summer of 2024, I received my certification as a Rapid Transformational Therapist.

I have expanded my guidance to work with individuals on a one on one basis, group coaching through online workshops, and working with businesses to create a conscious culture in the workplace.
